I'm Wayne George, a software engineer and entrepreneur based in London, England. I am the founder of Frontier Consulting, a technology consultancy building custom software and AI solutions for UK businesses, an independent iOS developer, and the author of Grin: A Brief Story.
For over a decade, I built bespoke software for some of the world's largest corporations, including investment banks, global technology firms, and enterprise organisations that demanded precision, scale, and reliability. That journey gave me deep expertise across full-stack development, system integration, and large-scale delivery.
Then AI changed everything. I saw more than a new tool; I saw a fundamental shift in what is possible: custom software built faster, smarter, and more affordably than ever before. Software that does not just automate tasks, but genuinely improves how a business operates.
I am focusing my passion and energy on the frontier of this technology. It is transforming businesses and the world like never before, and I want to help people and organisations lead from the front rather than get left behind.
Software I have founded, built and shipped.

Notes on building software with AI, running a consultancy, and shipping privacy-first apps.
Asking AI to write emails is the least valuable thing you can do with it. The better question is which of your processes should not involve a human at all.
Ten years building boardroom control systems for banks and tech firms taught me how software that cannot fail gets built. Six lessons I now apply to AI.
