Work

Apps, projects and open source

A selection of what I have founded, built and shipped, from a technology consultancy to privacy-first iOS apps and the enterprise control systems that started it all.

Frontier Consulting

  • Technology consultancy · London · Founded January 2024

    Frontier Consulting

Custom software and AI solutions for UK businesses, from discovery to deployment. The company helps organisations eliminate manual, time-consuming processes with tailored automation, and builds the web, mobile and back-end systems around it. Mood Share

Share how you are feeling with your partner, family or child before you walk through the door, and keep a private record of your moods over time to spot patterns or share with a therapist. Built with SwiftUI and SwiftData. No accounts, no data collection; everything stays on the device.

    NVR Companion

A calm, focused toolkit for parents practising Non-Violent Resistance (NVR), an approach to raising children whose behaviour has become challenging, violent or withdrawn. Short lessons on the core ideas, growth and connection tools, planning, and well-being trackers, all private and on-device.

  • Personal · SwiftUI + SwiftData

    Gym App

A simple, single-user iOS app for tracking gym workouts and progress over time. iOS 17 and later.

AI tools and dashboards

Tools I build and use to run my own work, most of them with several AI agents doing the heavy lifting.

  • Express + vanilla JS

    Mission Control

A real-time dashboard for multi-agent AI work: project heat-maps, agent orchestration, service health, a document viewer, interactive to-dos and usage tracking.

  • HMRC integration

    MTD Tool

A Making Tax Digital app for UK self-employed tax submissions: quarterly HMRC integration, income and expense tracking and tax estimates.

  • Notifications

    Pulse Alerts

Price-change notifications for crypto and stocks.

  • Aggregator

    Zeitgeist Dashboard

Trending topics across X, Reddit, Hacker News, CoinGecko and GitHub in one view.

  • Web + iOS · On-device speech

    Zeph Voice

A voice interface to my AI assistant using Apple's on-device speech-to-text and text-to-speech, with a native SwiftUI iOS client.

Open source

  • Swift · Grin · Mimblewimble

    Grin Wallet iOS

An open-source, non-custodial iOS wallet for Grin, one of the most privacy-preserving and scalable blockchain protocols available.

  • HTML · EPUB · CC BY-NC-SA

    Grin: A Brief Story

The source, chapters and EPUB of the book compiled from the Grin Forum archives (2018–2025). Read it online.

Download YouTube video transcripts, with a GUI and a channel watcher.

  • JavaScript · Chrome extension

    YouTube Cinema Mode

A minimal Chrome extension that automatically switches YouTube videos to cinema (theatre) mode.

Enterprise control systems

Since 2016 I have been a software engineer at Lucid Partnership LLP, designing and implementing bespoke audiovisual control systems for a global corporate client base. That includes Lucid's Blueprint control platform, back-end components, custom user interfaces and, more recently, custom solutions for an interactive games experience. Over that decade I have programmed control systems for Google, Apple, UBS, JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley in C#, Crestron SIMPL+ and SIMPL#, and Q-SYS Lua, and led the QA team that keeps them reliable.

It is the discipline from that work, where a room full of people is waiting for the system to behave, that I bring to every AI and software project at Frontier Consulting.
