Long (about 250 words)
Wayne George is a software engineer and entrepreneur based in London, England, where he was born and raised. He is the founder of Frontier Consulting, a technology consultancy that designs, builds and deploys custom software and AI solutions for UK businesses, with a particular focus on automating the manual processes that hold small and medium-sized organisations back.
Wayne's career began in the audiovisual industry at Row Seven, which merged with Lucid Partnership in 2016. As a software engineer at Lucid he has spent a decade designing and implementing bespoke control systems, back-end components and custom user interfaces for a global corporate client base, including Google, Apple, UBS, JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley, and leading the quality-assurance team that keeps those systems reliable. He is a Crestron Certified Programmer, a Microsoft Certified Professional in C#, and holds a First Class Honours BEng in Computer Systems and Networks from London South Bank University.
When large language models arrived, Wayne saw a fundamental shift in what small teams could build. In January 2024 he incorporated Frontier Applications Limited, now trading as Frontier Consulting, to bring production-grade AI and software engineering to businesses that want to lead rather than be left behind. He builds with Swift, C#, TypeScript, Python and Claude, and runs much of his own work through multi-agent AI tooling he has built himself.
Wayne is the developer of the privacy-first iOS apps Mood Share and NVR Companion, maintains an open-source iOS wallet for the Grin cryptocurrency, and in January 2026 published Grin: A Brief Story, a free book chronicling the project's history from the Mimblewimble whitepaper to community-led development. He is a member of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
